	The Generator London description: The Generator is the UK's largest, liveliest and funkiest hostel located in the centre of London. With over 800 beds, it is the perfect place to meet other backpackers from all over the world. Centrally located near Russell Square Tube station, the hostel offers private twin, triples, quad and 5-bed rooms, all with a wash basin. A free continental breakfast is included for everybody, as are free bed linen and towels. You can also enjoy free hot showers 24 hours a day. Party the night away in the famous Generator bar, which is open 18:00 to 02:00 every night. A free drink is offered for all arriving guests over 18 years old. Happy hour is 18:00 to 21:00, when all drinks are only 1.50 GBP. There are events every night, including karaoke on Thursdays and a live DJ on Saturdays. On Wednesdays and Sundays there are also free movies. The Generator also has an internet café (approx 0.50 GBP for 10 minutes) and a lounge area and games room with pool tables, all open 24 hours. 	Room information The hostel has over 800 beds, which includes shared and private rooms. The rooms are all single bunk beds and the bathrooms are shared facilities located on each floor. Towels and linen are included. The rooms are all dormitory style rooms with the smallest room having 2 beds and the largest having 14 beds. They are all bunk beds with a wash basin in each room and a locker provided for each bed. Comments We do not accept American Express! All the rooms at The Generator are non-smoking. However, we have smoking and non-smoking areas throughout the hostel. ALL group bookings over 10 people need to contact us once they have booked rooms, as we require FULL PAYMENT 1 month before the arrival to avoid cancellation. We do not accept group bookings with students under the age of 18 years old. Sorry, we do not allow animals EXCEPT guide/hearing dogs. Food and beverage Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 11:00. Dinner is served from 18:00 until 21:00.
