Acquired The Building In September 1991 From The Previous Developer Who Had Purchased The Building In 1986 And Commenced Works In 1989. The Subject Of A 3 And A Half Year Meticulous Restoration, The Building*S History Came Full Cycle With Its Opening On 20th February 1993. On 1st August 1995, The Hotel, Known Previously As The Regent, London, Was Acquired By The Lancaster Landmark Hotel Company Ltd. From The Hazama Corporation Uk Ltd. For 70 Million. The Hotel Was Renamed The Landmark London.
