	Comments Please note that we take the first night stay as a deposit on reservation, this is not refundable but can be used as a deposit for a later date. When paying the balance a further 5% administration fee is added to the price if payment is effected by card (except the first night stay deposit). All room prices include breakfast. No pets allowed.
