	Room information Studio apartments have a fully fitted kitchen, separate bathroom and large living space with double bed. Studio is suitable for a maximum of 2 people sharing. One bedroom apartment have a fully fitted kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom and separate lounge with a double sofa bed suitable to accommodate a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children sharing. Executive one bedroom apartments have a fully fitted kitchen, separate double bedroom, bathroom and spacious lounge with a double sofa bed suitable to accommodate a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children sharing. All apartments include free wireless internet access and all mod-cons. Comments Cancellation policy: For stays of one to 6 nights, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation one night's room charge will apply. For stays of 7 nights or more, cancellation policy is 7 days prior to schedule arrival. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation 3 nights room charge will apply. Check-in protocol: Upon check-in, a photo ID together with a valid matching credit card is required to gain access to the apartment. A refundable deposit is also required on arrival. This deposit will be reimbursed on check-out at the proviso that the apartment did not sustain any damages. Full payment for the entire length of the stay is required on arrival. Settlement of the account can be made by cash, credit card or cheque (supported by a valid cheque guarantee card to the appropriate limit) Please note that daily maid service is not included in the rate for stays under 7 nights. Additional costs: Breakfast: Express Breakfast tray can be organised within 24 hours notice at a charge of 7 GBP (including VAT) per person. Parking: On-site parking available at a daily charge of 7 GBP (including VAT). Valid parking permit obtained at reception must be displayed at all times to avoid clamping.
